Professional Series cookware can be used on any cooking surface, including induction . Multi-Ply construction includes 18/10 stainless steel interior and exterior layers, a layer of magnetic stainless steel for induction cookers, and aluminum alloy interior layers for superior heat distribution. Multi-Ply construction extends throughout each cookware piece, including the sides. Ergonomic stainless steel handles are double-riveted and designed for optimal comfort and secure handling. Lids are interchangeable with cookware of the same diameter. Oven safe to 600 degrees F. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended. Imported from Belgium.
